Define a Geogrid material

<dd>Saturated unit weight in kN/m^3</dd>
<dt>nu : float</dt>
<dd>Poisson's ratio.</dd>
<dt>permeable : str</dt>
<dd>Apply permability. permeable= 'yes' or 'no'</dd>
<dt>n_p : float</dt>
<dd>Yield force, in kN/m.</dd>
<dt>EA : float</dt>
<dd>Normal Stiffness, in kN/m.</dd>
