Add point load.

## Parameters

<dd>Load magnitude in kN.</dd>
<dt>direction : str</dt>
<dd>Load direction. direction = 'x' or 'y' or 'z'.</dd>
<dt>option : str</dt>
<dd>Load option. option = 'fixed' or 'multiplier'.</dd>
